After speaking with a couple of other companies that advertised as providing 24/7 service, Blue Dot was the only company that would come out on that Saturday. The technician that came out was named Dwight ("DJ"). DJ was exceptional! He took the time to explain what he was doing and why it was necessary. He also provided tips on how to maintain the a/c unit to keep it running efficiently. He was courteous, professional, and patient with answering my questions with a positive attitude. He repaired the unit during the visit. DJ turned a stressful situation (worrying about the possible repair) into a smooth and reassuring experience with his expertise and positive attitude."

Decided to replace both at the same time. They came out on a Monday and gave us an estimate and came out on Thursday and Friday to do the work. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
