I showd him to the furnace and had him listen to the sound on a video I had made. He agreed that the fan motor was going bad. He called the parts warehouse and ordered the part. Told me it would be at his office on Monday. Made repair appointment for Wednesday. Gave me estimate of repair and got my OK. Arrived on Wednesday and completed repair in half an hour. Tested. AOK. Reggie put on "booties" on both visits to avoid bringing in dirt/wet. Everything was explained clearly. Cost was as provided on first visit. Very satisfied with the whole experience."

"A couple of weeks ago during the cold snap, my furnace died. I had a handyman friend look at it and he believed I needed a new blower motor. I called multiple companies trying to find someone to do the repair. This was on a Thursday and it was already 55 degrees in my house with snow in the forecast. Every place I called was more than happy to send a sales person out that day to sell me a new furnace but no one had a repair person that could come out before the next Monday or Tuesday. Grrrrrrr. I came SO close to buying a new furnace because I didn't know what else to do. Then I found AirPros on Home Advisor. The person who called me knew exactly what repair I needed and said he could have a service tech out between 2-4 that afternoon. When Jerry called to say he was on his way he had already researched where to find a blower motor for my particular, (old) furnace and was apologetic that he couldn't get the parts and do the repair until the next morning. Then he suggested that a smaller part that he already had, may be able to fix the problem. He was at my house before 2 pm and replaced that smaller part. 15 minutes later and for $225, my furnace was fixed. Jerry was kind, efficient and very knowledgeable. I couldn't be happier with the whole experience. I will need a new furnace, probably in the near future, and guess who I'm going to call? And I have been singing AirPros praises to everyone I know."

"It went ok. The technician insisted that the price I was quoted was incorrect and charged me more. I felt stuck because I had arranged to be home for this. Then he gave me a discount because I was not happy about it. Probably broke even. Even so, it was a lot of money for such a short inspection. I have had them do work for me before and felt I got good service, however, I am going to see if I can find a more reasonably priced company in the future. Already found someone else to do plumbing work."
