"Steve and his company provided excellent customer service and extremely high quality work. They took extra care in not ripping up our lawn and they did an fantastic job on installing a very large stone patio. They also landscaped around the entire patio and installed moon lighting on large trees. Steve's design ideas and recommendations turned into a patio that exceeded our expectations."

"Tri-State recently provided a bid for my patio project. Their price was neither the lowest nor the highest, but what set them apart was the quality of their knowledge and the reasoning behind their recommendations. While several other contractors I found through Angie’s suggested simply pouring the concrete slab directly on the ground, Tri-State explained the importance of additional support beneath the patio. They recommended installing piers under the slab to help minimize future movement and settling. Their approach demonstrated a deeper understanding of structural integrity and long-term performance. It was clear that their team has a strong engineering and structural repair background. Since they also specialize in foundation and structural repairs, I felt confident in their ability to design and build a patio that would last. I’m very happy with my whole experience. Highly recommend!"
