"When my water heater was in need of repair, I called them, they were prompt, courteous and professional. My water heater was 29 years old, no hope of a repair. I was shocked how much it cost to replace it. But I was given several options. I was told there was an issue with my vent, that there was a backdraft. I thought it was a sales pitch, so I found out how to check it my self. It was true, Carbon Monoxide was coming back into my basement. Yiikes. I went with a tankless water heater, mainly because of the warranty. The plumbers we very fast and friendly, it was complete in 5 hours. Inspection was included, of course we passed. I would recommend this company to everyone I know."

One of the primary decisions to pick this company over the others was due to more favorable financing terms. There was a small snafu with clearance of the water heater exhaust, which was noticed by the technicians before beginning the work. Ultimately, they decided to fix the exhaust issue, which included a lot of extra work, but enabled them to complete the installation of the new furnace within a week that the work was originally scheduled. And they did not charge extra to do this extra work, which is a bonus. The installers, Kyle and Hunter, did a great job, were very knowledgeable, and were very personable/professional. We had our 24 y/o system upgraded to a high efficiency, 2 stage, Trane system. Our old 2-ton system was too small to make our 2 story home comfortable. Logan installed a 3-ton A/C unit, & had to replace some old, smaller duct work, as ours was not equipped to handle the new system properly. The install took 2 days since the duct work was needed.
