While he did maintenance on our furnace he explained what he was doing and why. He also checked the valve on a radiator and gave tips re our AC system. Very professional and straight forward! Fortunately, we had no repairs or replacements but we decided to subscribe to a maintenance plan, not the least because of our pleasant experience with the SILA visit."
