"I'm very happy with the service I received from Edge Plumbing. I had an emergency with my plumbing and needed my drain cleaned out the night before a holiday. Travis responded almost immediately upon choosing him as one of the plumbing services near me. He came over that night, and then returned the next morning at 8 AM. Very prompt and communication was constant. He got my drains all cleaned out, but found a break in my line which needed to be repaired. He identified where the exact location of the break and was very helpful working with the excavator to get my line repaired. I'm very pleased with his service, communication, timeliness, and very fair cost. I would definitely use Edge Plumbing again."

"We were very impressed with 4-Ever Water-Tite. When we found water leaking from a basement wall Robert promptly came to give us an estimate. We had three different companies come out and 4-Ever Water-Tite's bid was right in the middle price-wise. We chose them because Robert seemed the most reputable (we did not feel like he was just giving a sales pitch, he was quick to get back to us when we had questions, you could tell he knew what he was doing, and his method of fixing our problem didn't involve any shortcuts like other companies, he does not subcontract out, etc). His crew was professional and communicated with us throughout the process, they pulled all the appropriate permits, they cleaned up after themselves... I really don't think we could have asked for a better crew. They also discovered a leak in a pipe that drains two sinks on our first floor which was due to the old pipe having rotted away. His crew dug up the floor and had their plumber come in, replace the pipe, and bring it up to code all on the same day that the problem was discovered and for what we felt was a very minor added cost!

My husband and I highly recommend 4-Ever Water-Tite and look forward to hopefully working with the in the future to rebuild our sunroom and replace our custom front door (FYI they do more than just basement waterproofing!)

Chris V., the plumber, who was professional and knowledgeable, came to our house and within an hour he had diagnosed, and de-clogged the main drain, and re-set the toilet. "I contacted Lombardo Restoration on May 15 to purchase an Angie's List Big Deal for $349 to repair and/or replace several electrical outlets in our home which I thought had been damaged as a result of a lightening strike during a recent electrical storm. Leonard arrived on time May 30 as scheduled. After inspecting the problem areas he determined that they could be corrected by resetting a GFCI outlet located in our basement storage area that had been hidden by a portable clothes closet. He offered to accept $50 for correcting the basement problem, $20 for replacing a damaged GFCI outlet in our garage, and refund our $349 Big Deal original purchase price. Integrity of this nature is a rare commodity these days! I recommend Lombardo Restoration to anyone in need of electrical expertise from a friendly, competent and honest company!"

"Of course the A/C quits on the afternoon of the 90+ degree day! Fan and compressor were not working, but indoor fan was, meaning either a capacitor or contractor issue in the outdoor unit. Called office 10 minutes before they were done for the day, but was able to confirm a repair appointment for first thing the next morning. Technician (Sean) was here at 8 am, and after a 2 minute discussion and check, confirmed that capacitor was the issue. Still under warranty from Bryant, so that was a plus, but I was surprised that there was a failure after only 3 years since last unit ( also a Bryant, nd installed by AC Engineers after house was built in 1997) never had a problem for the 17 years we had it until replaced with the higher efficiency unit. The interesting comment from the technician was that he would likely replace 5-6 more capacitors that day (!!!!!), not tied to any particular brand of unit, but more because all the manufacturers use the same capacitor from the same source, and "they literally don't build them like the used too". Rather illuminating - In addition to the capacitor fix, he did a full service check of the system. Excellent job, responsive and knowledgeable."
