"Simply superb. More value for the money. We hired him for replacing a gas line for water heater and add a new line for the gas range. But he did more than that. He replaced the receptacles, fixed a water softener line and installed a new gas range. All these things for less money. I would have ended paying around $1500 if I hired someone for all these things to get done. He saved me lot of money. The quality of the work is simply amazing. It is clean and neat. I would definitely get his service the next time also. Thanks for all your help. Your timely and great quality help made me move smoothly to my new home.

"they came out the same day i called which was nice. i dropped 1 star bc of the time it took to install 2 water heaters, we were told 2-3 hours but in reality took almost 10 hours. Also we were forced to make a decision on the spot RE: replacement due to the high non refundable diagnosis fees. they charge a fee to come out (they tell you about on the phone) And a diagnosis fee (told us after the work was done), which is strange bc what's the point of having someone come out and Not diagnose the problem? regardless it's been 2 mos and the boilers are working fine with no call backs needed."

"The yearly service works out to be $50 a month. We've had two water heaters replaced through them because of a fault in them. They're usually very responsive. I like that I can request the service online. The only thing is, I wish that there was a better avenue for emergency services. If something doesn't work right away usually it takes a couple of days to get someone out and sometimes you can't wait two days without water."

"They wanted to charge a $250 fee because it was a weekend, so we declined and scheduled for during the week. In the interim, I used instructions in the manual to rectify the problem myself, but my fix only lasted a week, so we had them come by. He did the exact same thing I did (cleaned fuel sensors). I apparently had not cleaned them well enough... being new to tankless heaters, I didn't want to damage anything by being too abrasive with any of the small parts. So he literally sanded build up off of the sensors and charged me $175. No parts were replaced, nothing was broken... he took out <20 screws, inspected MY work, and sanded 3 fuel rod sensors that are less than an inch long each. $175??? What a joke. Lesson learned."
