"It went great! I called on a Monday around noon, and Paul came out that evening to give me a quote on 2 replacement garage doors and 2 new, quieter openers. "I called in mid-February to get a quote on 2 new garage doors and 2 new garage door openers. I talked to Jimmy and he gave me a verbal quote, then had someone come out that evening to check everything and provide me a quote in writing (same quote as over the phone). After I was ready to get the doors, I called on 3/22/18. The doors were scheduled to be installed the next day. I had one person arrive during tshe scheduled time, and he began the disassembly of the old doors. About an hour later, 2 more people came to help him and they were done in less than three hours. Everything was cleaned up and functioning perfectly. It's the way every service company should work. Customer service, great prices, and great installers!"

"They were very responsive. Most contractors said it would be up to 4 to 6 weeks to even give me an estimate or did not want the job primarily because of the stucco work. Benchmark looked at the job and had estimates to me within a few days. They had the work done in a matter of weeks. They provided some good ideas for doing the project, e.g., replacing the tile with a tub surround which would mean less matainence for a rental. They also replaced a large trim piece along the side of the house that had been damaged by termites at no extra charge. They matched the stucco pillars superbly. The work was of very good quality and they were very responsive, including doing a walk through when the work was done. I have already recommended them to other people."
