"Mark is a chimney wizard! My chimney looks brand new. He replaced the crown, pretty much had to tear off and rebuild the top few rows of brick, replaced damaged bricks elsewhere, and repointed. His workmanship and pricing can’t be touched! He also took care in making sure the job site was left as it was when he started. I strongly recommend Mark for any of your masonry needs!"

They installed and raised the steel reinforcement fencing into the middle of the concrete to make sure that the finished concrete driveway was strong. The preparation and finishing of the concrete was exactly as he stated it would be completed. He delayed concrete pouring for expected rain and freezing temperatures, as he should. "DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They came out to complete a soffit/ trim/ gutter job. They forgot a portion of what was supposed to be completed, the work they had completed was horrible with some end pieces not even closed off, if it was closed off they just used huge amounts of caulk to cover it. I called to tell them how bad it looked the next morning, I was asked to email pictures to be called back with “I’ve never seen a job done like that. I’m sorry, we will get a new crew out to redo the job.” Schedule the install to be done Saturday July 5th to only receive a call that their truck broke down (an hour after they were scheduled to be there) and they wouldn’t be there until later that afternoon or the next day. 7:30 Saturday night I get a call that they weren’t going to be able to make it due to the truck not being fixed. Rescheduled it for Saturday July 12th, we had already taken 3 days off of work between my husband and I for this job. I just got a call that they were wanting to move the install to July 11th using the same crew with no project manager scheduled to be onsite after I was promised a new crew and a project manager onsite due to HOW BAD THEY DID THE FIRST TIME. I was met with attitude and being told they would be there tomorrow with the same crew and they would “try” to have a project manager onsite. I was originally working with a nick who made all these promises and told me everything was set up and would be fixed, to find out today none of that had been set up and he would be out for a few weeks due to a family emergency. I understand he couldn’t control an emergency, but to be lied to repeatedly then passed off to another project manager that is rude. I will continue to spread word about how horrible this company is and not use them so no one has to go through the headache and hassle we did."

"BUYERS BEWARE! We were excited to sign the contract and really felt that this was the correct choice for a rental we own after reviewing feedback on Google, HOWEVER, we were so WRONG. Salesman assured us that was no difference between paying cash, credit card, money order, etc. To our surprise, credit cards ARE charged an additional 3 percent surcharge. This would have been nice to know after spending over 37,000.00 for a roof. Their response was, well we have no control over what the salesman tells you and there is absolutely nothing they can do about the surcharge. So as the roof was being installed we were told by the supervisor on duty that all the debris would be cleaned up upon completion but that did not happen. In fact our tenants sent us pictures of handfuls of nails, staples and debris that was scattered all over the gravel parking lot that surrounds the front and side of house. Called Bachman's the following day and they sent out a project manager to view the debris, but WE were REQUIRED to be there when he arrived. The project supervisor cleaned up some of the nails, but not all since he only had a tiny magnet and this is a huge parking area. He said the crew that installed the roof is from Trenton, NJ and he would need to send them out in the next few days to clean things up. He said that they use "hundreds of nails when installing a roof and if a hundred drop to the parking area, well that's pretty good", WOW! We were also told by the project supervisor that he was INSTRUCTED NOT TO LEAVE until he had a check in hand for full payment, even though the property is surrounded by debris, nails and staples. We did not have our checkbook on us at the time so he followed us home and waited outside our house until the check was handed to him. After giving him the "post dated" check, we told him to wait three days for the money to transfer to the checking account otherwise our account would be overdrawn WHICH HE AGREED TO. Needless to say, he cashed the check the VERY SAME DAY that it was handed to him, OUCH VERY UNPROFESSIONAL, now we are facing over withdrawal banking fees. The only thing this company cares about is the money (and they need it IMMEDIATELY) even though you are not happy that your property is surrounded by staples, nails and roofing debris. The picture below was collected from only a 3' X 3' area. We are current owners of a family-run business for years and have NEVER and will NEVER treat a customer in this manner. Please take our advise and STAY AWAY. Bachman's is way over-priced and we should have chosen one of the 5 other roofing competitors who were at least 13,000.00 less than Bachman's. LESSON LEARNED THE HARD WAY."
