"Nelson and his partner were super nice, very pleasant, and the clogged sewer line now drains. The only area for improvement is that I would urge them to check the condition and cleanliness of the work area before leaving. Specifically, the top of my toilet tank was left in the laundry room and not replaced on the toilet in the bathroom and they dumped a big mound of filthy used feminine hygiene products that were fished out of the drain, bathed in human waste, into my little bathroom garbage can. This was disappointing. I mentioned this to them as they left and they were very apologetic."
