"The faucet was leaking on my bathtub with a steady drip. After reviewing YouTube videos on how to replace the Delta cartridge, I thought it was in my capabilities to perform the work. Since I couldn't isolate the bathtub's water supply from the household water supply, and that I'm a law abiding citizen of Murhphy's Law, I couldn't see having the household water supply cut off for several hours while I tried to fix whatever predicament awaited my entanglement. Being of sound mind, I determined a professional touch might be a better plan. I called Drain Pro Plumbing Inc., and I am so happy that I did. Two workers showed up, very polite and capable, and had the cartridge replaced in no time and left no mess. I am pleased with the work they did and haven't had any problems or issues with the repair. I will definetly use Drain Pro Plumbing Inc. in the future for any plumbing concerns I may encounter."

"Dixon and Sons provided a professional installation of a whole house re-pipe and it was great! They were prompt and polite and did excellent work. This fixed our leak which was costing us hundreds of extra dollars a month. If you want great work and a fair price I definitely recommend going with them."

"I put out an ask on Angi’s list to get help fixing a leaking faucet, and John was the first person who called me back. He was very flexible with scheduling. After he came to check out the job, he scheduled something with us right after the weekend. On the day of the repair he showed up right on time, told us a little bit about what he had to do and went right upstairs to fix the faucet. He did very quick (and great) work, and he even installed a new shower head. He talked to us when it was over, and let us know what our next steps should be and what we might expect for the rest of the repairs. John was very friendly and very professional. His prices are very reasonable and I will call him for every repair we might need in the future."

FAQs for faucets, fixtures and pipes repair or replace projects in Mckenna, WA

A minor, easily accessible leak can be resolved in about three hours, while a large or hard-to-reach leak may take up to three days. If flooring or cabinets need to be built back, the timeline can run several weeks to cover material deliveries and installation. Every job begins with detection, proceeds to repair, and concludes with restoring your foundation’s strength.

Slab leaks are most common in areas where the ground is in motion, such as those prone to earthquakes or highly expansive soils. In places like California, constant shifting puts stress on foundations and pipes. Stay ahead of trouble by monitoring your water bill, inspecting visible slab edges, and scheduling routine inspections to catch leaks early and maintain your home's safety.

Keep an eye out for damp spots, rising water bills, the sound of running water when taps are off, or staining and sagging along the foundation. Check exposed slab edges during routine walk-arounds and note any uptick in indoor humidity or pest traffic. The moment something looks off, call a pro—fast action protects your slab and wallet.

Most policies cover slab-leak repairs tied to a covered event, such as earthquakes, severe storms, or a fallen tree. They often won’t cover gradual issues, such as root intrusion or corrosion-related pinhole leaks. Every policy is different, so be sure to contact your carrier for the fine print before any problems arise.
