Both my husband and I are allergic to dogs but the crew came in and pulled out all the old flooring and gave us a lovely vinyl floor that looks and feels like real wood. Our allergies are clearing up thanks to the new floor. They put it in in one day! When we came home at 4 pm the largely Hispanic crew was laughing and singing while they worked. "We recently completed two major bathroom renovations in our master bathrooms due to the lack of quality craftsmanship when our home was first built 5 1/2 years ago. To ensure the work was done correctly we hired our own plumber, shower enclosure vendor and selected Flooring Direct for all of our tile needs. From the initial engagement with Hiro as we selected out tile up until the last contractor left our home after they completed the installation, our experience with Flooring Direct has been nothing less of stellar. Not only by the result of their work, but by the fact that they left the bathrooms cleaner than they found them. And after a 6 week project, there was a LOT to clean. When the shower enclosure representative came to our home to measure, he said (and I quote); "WOW! You can not get any more precise to the levels I am seeing on this installation. I have been in this industry a long time and I have never seen work done with such precision." With that, we would recommend Flooring Direct time any time again for any flooring needs you have. "Everything with this experience went beautifully. Arthur is the consummate professional. There was communication throughout every day of the project. (He even sent me pictures of the progress or any problem that came up along the way.) He had a crew of two guys working in my home who stayed busy the whole time. He was in communication with them throughout the day and if they had questions when he wasn’t at my home, they would contact him and he would call or text to ask me what I wanted or how I wanted something done. I had one wall underneath the breakfast bar that wasn’t plum. The tiles I was having installed were 12 x 60 each. I was going to have a small gap. He asked if I wanted the baseboard raised to put a sliver of tile in the space or grout up to the baseboard as I had done in other rooms. He said that he just wanted me to be aware that if he filled the area with grout, it might look a little off. It was a very thin area so I had him fill it with grout. I can”t even tell it’s there. All my tiles look like old hardwood flooring and the grout turned out to be a perfect match. I would hire him again in a heartbeat! There aren’t many out there like him. The tile is beautiful and should stand up easily to four dogs. : >)"

"I receive multiple quotes on installing new floors in our house. I worked with Erik and he walked me through the process and make a couple of recommendations that we wouldn't have thought of at all but absolutely improved the end project. He came in lower than the other quotes and explained the process better and what all would be involved. The work team was highly professional and efficient. Not only did they do a great job of the install and it looks great, after they were done they spot cleaned the new vinyl floor, then swept and vacuumed, and then mopped.
