"Excellent. John set to work right away. He worked very fast and was very knowledgeable. He determined a baseboard heater needed replacement and gave options to choose. He had a very complex task with a porch light the had no power only to find the circuit was dead and found a light fixture that was miswired and had burned the insulation off the wire. He repaired it . finding the problem required getting into the attic crawl space to trace where the wires went. I was grateful he found and fixed it as it was dangerous."

"We are renovating a former rental, and while replacing the electrical outlets and switches lost power to half the house.  We had used JM3 before and had a good experience, so we called late in the afternoon on a Thursday and made an appointment for 8:30 Monday morning. "I had a 2 foot square hole in my ceiling caused by a plumbing repair job.  I called Walt's Handyman and Walt gave me a ball-park estimate from a verbal description.    He and his wife (his assistant) came  to the house on time and began work.  They were very friendly and professional and worked very efficiently to complete the ceiling repair.  The repair work needed to dry before repainting so we made another appointment for them to return and paint.  They took paint samples with them to match the paint on the ceiling/walls

Again they showed up on time and were very careful of the carpets, etc.  They did a great job on the ceiling.  It looks perfect!
While they were painting the ceiling they made some "touch-ups" on the paint on the walls without being asked.  It was a nice touch.

 I liked what they did so I asked them back to mount some small speakers near the ceiling in the family room and route the cables behind the walls.  Walt looked at the project and figured out how to do it.    To save time and money I bought parts for the job myself at the hardware store.    Walt did a great job with speakers;  the end result looks great and I couldn't be happier.

"The service I received from Roth was EXCELLENT! Roth fixed a problem that could have resulted in a fire had it not been attended to. It was worth every penny! The cost of the trip is deducted from the bill if they do the repair so I didn't feel as though I was getting ripped off. I had previously paid another company, let's call them, GreenBasket, half the amount I paid Roth to troubleshoot a lamp post sensor plug! The sarcastic response from one of the owners who claimed I should be happy it was only a $4 fix missed the point because it actually cost a total of $339 for a job that took less than 30 minutes. With Roth, I believe I have finally found a company that does electrical services that are reasonably priced!"

"AHS is ok. They cover repairs of most everything under the roof of your house. The companies that contract with them are not always the best. You call AHS with the issue, they send a fax to the repair company and give you the contact info. If they don't contact you within 24 hours, you call them. Sometimes they answer, sometimes they don't. When they arrive (usually three days or so later), they service the item. if it has issues within the 90 days, you call AHS again, they are sent out with no charge. If the serviceman decides the unit is unrepairable, AHS will allow you to choose a replacement from their listing (usually not as good as what you have) they will install and remove your old item, or give you wholesale amount to buy and install your own. Prices vary on what you want covered and what you want the copay to be, plus where you live. For me it is 49.99 per month with a 75.00 time of service order. You can have more than one item serviced at the same time under the same fee. If you have a SEAR product the repair guys are great. Not that wild about the other ones they send out. But it is a big savings compared to calling someone on your own. The cost of service is only the 75.00 copay."
