"Very quick, fixed within a half hour and we have heat again. I recommend them very highly. Have a problem? Hire them. Update 12/27. So, the system failed Christmas Eve. They came out and got it running but it was on its last legs. We got a quote, scheduled the replacement for the day after Christmas. That morning they showed up with the new system and we had heat by the afternoon. They came back the next day and installed the outdoor AC unit. I could not be happier with the pricing and service. I will say it again if you have a problem hire these folks."

"Two men arrived on time and quickly moved the items I indicated into the garage. They stacked and arranged everything neatly and did not damage or break anything. They were finished well  within the minimum. They were polite, worked diligently and efficiently  and did not hesitate to check with me when they were not quite certain of what was required or expected. There are two reasons I graded them B in professionalism. First, one of the men asked to use the bathroom on arrival. It is my expectation that workers stop in route at a fast food place or some other such facility for that activity and arrive ready to work - not wander around my home. That's just me. Second, I signed the invoice on their smart phone and was told I would get the receipt via email. It has not arrived (when I do this in Nordie's the receipt shows up before I get out of the store). Bottom line . . . the work and price was as advertised. It is my plan to use them again to bring the furniture back in from the garage once the water damage is taken care of and the new flooring is installed."

"What started as a service and cleaning visit, ended up becoming an installation. We just purchased our house and wanted RS Perdue & Company to do a cleaning. They realized that the circuit board was not working correctly and there was corrosion from water damage. They worked on the furnace for 2 hours trying to get it work correctly. We had the choice to replace the board and hope we would get a few more years (the furnace was over 20 years old), or replace the unit. Bob gave us a good price on a new furnace, so we bit the bullet. They did not charge us for the cleaning and service visit. Bob made several measurements so the new unit fits like a champ. The installer was great, very polite to my wife. She was not feeling well the day he arrived. I will have RS Perdue & Company service my furnace and air conditioning unit in the future ."

Mr. McWhorter thoroughly cleaned all the gutters, first removing debris by hand, then patiently flushing the gutters and downspouts until only clear water flowed from the downspout. ?He also discussed with me the effectiveness of my gutter guard, which is basically a screen that is designed to prevent leaves from clogging the gutter. ?He advised that installing screws at certain points would make the gutter guard more effective, but he did not try to sell that service to me. ?Instead he advised me to see how the gutters work over the summer, and then re-assess the gutter guard when the gutters are cleaned in fall. ? I am perfectly satisfied. ?Mr. McWhorter cleaned the gutters thoroughly, he was knowledgeable in discussing the functioning of the gutter guard, and he was honest in not trying to sell me additional services. ?I will turn to him for all my gutter cleaning in the future."

"Due to rotted wood, my mailbox fell down on a Friday. Around 5:00pm, I sent a note to Mailbox Xpress stating that I wanted to have a new Mailbox and a new post installed. My plan was to be added to their list of work for the following week. However, I received a call from Jimi that Friday night, and spoke with him again on Saturday, about the type of mailbox post that I wanted. Also, I sent Jimi a picture showing the color of both my house and the old mailbox post. I pointed out to Jimi that I had no expectations for him to install the mailbox that weekend. However, Jimi made my case a priority because my mailbox had fallen down. He matched the color of my house and installed the new mailbox that Sunday. And, it was a tough job getting the old concrete out of the ground. So, from a flyer left on my old mailbox 5-6 years ago, what did I get by contacting Mailbox Xpress? "The company showed up on time and conducted the shingle replacement being careful not to damage the gardens around the house. They brought the roof up to current code, (the roof no longer complied with local codes), and worked with our chimney company to install the flashing properly. The cleanup was performed in an acceptable manner and the work was finished on time. Follow-up inspections by the company and I showed I had a good roof that was going to last another long time. I would definitely recommend this company for roof work."

"I highly recommend CRG Remodeling and would use them again in an instant. During the entire project, from receiving a quote to the final work, Cornelio was either at the project or constantly checked in. When he wasn?t at the work site, his crew was always extremely respectful and worked VERY hard. At the end of each day, they would always clean up and minimize any impact, since we were still living at the house. Cornelio worked with our schedule and the team would always show up on time.? Since we were on a tight timeline, the team often worked well past 5 pm each night to complete the project on time. We live in a one and a half bath row house and needed to completely renovate both bathrooms. We didn?t want to temporarily move out, but wanted to get them done at the same time. Cornelio worked with us to finish the job in only 9 days, where most contractors said at least two weeks, if not more. More importantly, while both bathrooms were being renovated at the same time, Cornelio made sure his crew would set up a toilet each night before leaving so we could functionally live in the House (we did have to shower at work, but not the worst thing and better then living somewhere temporarily). What I liked most about working with CRG was the follow up. After the remodel was completed, there were just a couple very minor things that needed to be fixed/adjusted. Despite the fact that the project was completed and final payment was received, Cornelio quickly responded and scheduled time to have everything fixed to perfection. Having worked with many other contractors, I am not sure how many would have that much pride in their work to come back and ensure the job is up to their standard."

"On time. Estimated 1-4 PM. Arrived before 4 PM. Called 10 minutes prior. Estimated less than an hour. Took about 1/2 hour. Called for removal of old-fashioned metal antenna from chimney that had keeled over.. They took down and removed it. Plus, they removed Direct TV dish no longer in use and all useless wires for the antenna and Direct TV. And, reconnected a ground wire. Took away the related trash. In short, they did more than I expected for less cost than I expected. Courteous, professional, efficient. Great outfit. Explained some options for replacing cable T.V. if I was interested in the future."
