"From the person answering the phone to the serviceman, all interactions were polite and professional. They got someone out to check out the problem (water on the basement floor around my a/c unit, which was not cooling well) on the same day I called, during a heat wave. The serviceman did a fair amount of work to find the problem. After he added refrigerant to the system it was working just fine, and with his suggestion I realized I didn't need to have the temperature set as low as I had been doing. The place stayed cool at a higher setting because it was working more efficiently and really pulling the humidity out of the air."

"2 months ago we had the central air unit and the coil above the furnace replaced everything with marvelous the guys were punctual respectful friendly and did a **** of a job. Today we have the water heater replaced the gentleman that came was polite very respectful very thorough and very neat. Both times I was very impressed with the service. The price was the price no upselling or weird business they carefully did the job I'm very happy boss lady is very happy which is very important. I left out the money details intentionally because it's subjective to what your budget is and who wants to pay what. I will say this I've used services that gave a better price in the past and regretted it You're going to have the HVAC and water heater a lot longer than they're going to have the money so you want it done right. Not that you should break yourself but there has to be a happy medium because getting it done twice is way more expensive..."

"It was a superb experience. From the visit by Bruce the sales representative to the installation day to the follow-up from Petro, every single person we interacted with was helpful and professional. When Bruce arrived to do the assessment, we spent time going over the heating needs in the house. After a thorough inspection and measurement of the house, we sat down. He showed me a few options, all of which were going to provide good service. I ordered a unit at the end of that meeting. The installation day was just terrific- the entire work crew that showed up were everything I would hope to find: Upbeat, informative, hard-working, focused. The job was finished before end of day as promised. The heater room is now immaculate, with new piping and a new heater. It was like watching a pit crew at a NASCAR race. Everyone had their tasks, they moved carefully but quickly. The materials were all laid out in order, etc. Just a totally professional approach to their work. The crew boss answered any questions I had. The follow-up for a normal inspection of the furnace chimney was scheduled the day after the installation. I’ve gotten calls to insure we are satisfied with the work. Satisfied barely covers it- I am pleased to write this kind of review. "Arrived on time for initial diagnostics. I have used this company in the past and as usual they are responsive and prompt. They diagnosed the problem then gave me several options to repair or replace. They did not push a replace option although that is the option I chose. The owner was the first technician to arrive and diagnose and he went above and beyond to get the new unit in and bring in a crew to install next day on a Saturday. Had my A/C up and running in 24 hrs. They answered all my questions and left the area cleaner than when they had arrived. This company is not the cheapest around but then who wants cheap when you can pay a fair price for excellent service. Highly recommend .
