"So far we are happy with the quality of the replacement of our shower. That?s SO FAR. As of this post the job has yet to be completed even though the salesman (Wayne Craig) assured us multiple times that the job would be completed in 2 1/2 to 3 days at the longest. The original date of installation was set on 1/29 but I was contacted an hour after the time they were to arrive that they needed to reschedule. We rescheduled the work for 2/8. Joe showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. However when we talked about the job taking 3 days, he explained that was impossible because he couldn?t take measurements for the door and glass until he was finished with the stone installation. I told him I was told otherwise and he called Pietro to explain this misunderstanding. He was very apologetic and said he would keep me up to date when the door and glass was ready and set a date for installation. I finally called Pietro on 2/20. Still not completed. Disappointing."

"Five Star did a really great job for us! Shower of our dreams and cheaper than the BIG companies. I really am happy I chose them. I will attach a photo of the shower so everyone can see how nice it is! I show it to everyone at church to brag about how nice my shower is lol. If you use them, ask for Miguel the sales guy. He reminds me a lot of my grandson. Very nice guy."

"Update: I will never do business with this company again and will tell everyone I know to avoid them. If the work had been completed in a timely manner and if the quality of the finished product had been what was promised, that could have justified the extremely premium price we paid them. Communication was horrible throughout the experience, constant delays and made-up fairy tale excuses for being late. Three months for a job that should have taken 2 weeks. Nothing ?premier? about our horrible experience so far. Communication about the job 0/10. Quality of work 0/10. Duration of the job 0/10. We?ve paid a ?premier? price and have received nothing in return. Currently waiting on a new person to return my call, as the previous area manager won?t answer my texts or phone calls. Avoid this company if you want good work at a fair price done in a timely manner. It has been 2 months without a working shower and now it must be re-done because the work is substandard and no one will get back"
