"Justin deserves 5 stars. He was very polite and helpful. The technician who did the install forgot to silicone around the tub faucet, so we had a leak. He came back and fixed that but then the cap on the grab kept coming loose. Justin fixed that and also put an additional coating on the bottom of the tub because we felt it was quite slippery. While I feel overall the company is probably a 3, Justin deserves a 5."

"So far we are happy with the quality of the replacement of our shower. That?s SO FAR. As of this post the job has yet to be completed even though the salesman (Wayne Craig) assured us multiple times that the job would be completed in 2 1/2 to 3 days at the longest. The original date of installation was set on 1/29 but I was contacted an hour after the time they were to arrive that they needed to reschedule. We rescheduled the work for 2/8. Joe showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. However when we talked about the job taking 3 days, he explained that was impossible because he couldn?t take measurements for the door and glass until he was finished with the stone installation. I told him I was told otherwise and he called Pietro to explain this misunderstanding. He was very apologetic and said he would keep me up to date when the door and glass was ready and set a date for installation. I finally called Pietro on 2/20. Still not completed. Disappointing."

"can not say enough good things about Paul Keener, the pro who uninstalled my 35 year old solar hot water heater and installed a gas tankless water heater and a whole house water purification system. We live at the beach under harsh weather and salt conditions, which corrodes everything quickly. And the water is hard. Now we don't have to buy bottled water anymore, and we have unlimited hot water. Paul was quick to come to the house and did all the work the next day once we decided on a plan of action."

Silly thing really, just needed some caulk in one corner. It took over a month to get it resolved with constant promises for a date and time that were never met. But the creme de la creme of the whole bunch was our shark of a salesman, Eduardo Bedoya. Real nice fella while he was trying to sell us. But when it came to delivering on promises, not so much. When he forgot to include the vanity that we had asked him to quote us for and we got alllll the way to the end and finally said yes to a price tag we weren't all that comfortable with, Eduardo sweetened the pot with a little side deal of his own to close the deal. He offered to "throw in" the vanity for free from his own side business. Well, after months of empty promises Eduardo ghosted me. Premier ought to be a little more discerning with the class of people they hire."

The leak damaged my air handler control box/ wiring (located one floor below the tub) and cost me over $600 to have an electrician fix. I called service who sent the original installer who claimed to fix the problem. I discovered that actually, he just plugged the overflow drain with caulking. Contacted service again who said â another service call would be $200. I protested and received a call from someone in upper management a day latter. In that conversation I had, with someone in NY, who told me four times in 20 a minute conversation â they were in business to make money, not lose money on service calls. When the leak was (obviously) not fixed, another serviceman was sent out. After cutting a hole in a closet wall and one failed attempt, he was able to properly connect the drain pipe correctly and removed the caulking from the overflow. The customer service has been appalling. Bath Fitter has been unresponsive - no callbacks and straight to voicemail. It is been beyond frustrating because if the tub had been installed correctly, I would not need any service. This posting was sent to Bath Fitters a week before posting and no response tells you the level of service and warranty. I have video, photos and witnesses, so I will be going to small claims court as after many attempts to handle this outside of court, they have shown no interest in doing the right thing to correct their mistake. I will also be contacting the Better Business Bureau in an effort to protect the public."
