"I have used Home Comfort on prior occasions to service my old furnace - they had replaced the capacitors and the main blower fan but on the most recent issue, the secondary fan went out. Rather than have it repaired (and seeing the number of repairs increasing each year), I decided it was time to replace the old furnace with a new one. I got a quote from Home Comfort for a new American Standard Gas Furnace with a 95% efficiency - it was scheduled for a Saturday. The serviceman was at my house at the time scheduled and had the entire work completed in about 4-5 hours. He was helped whenever necessary by an additional helper. They took the old furnace out and disposed of it and got rid of the packing material that the new furnace came with. It has been about 2 weeks now since the furnace was replaced and I have had no issues with the new furnace at all - it was done right the first time around. I would have no hesitation recommending this company for repairs and installation of HVAC systems."

First, Sears came over,  thought there was a bird in the pipe and charged us $80 for nothing. 
I was so impressed with JML!  When we first talked on the phone, he knew exactly what the problem was from the brand of the water heater and the symptoms.   JML ordered the part and was so quick to come and repair it and he added  refrigerant  to our air conditioner which is working perfectly now.  The $250 seemed so reasonable for fixing two problems, quickly and with knowledge beyond other experiences. Our friends will be calling him soon for a leak, he is our new guy!
