Professional staff (2)...wore foot coverings while in house.  Had to pay $45 extra for 3 vents other than offered...house is only 1400 sq.ft.  Per company's suggestion, I purchased and paid for a washable/reusable air cleaner/filter (20X25X5) for $149.00, which was to be delivered to me.  As of this date I have not yet received the air cleaner/filter!!!  I called on 12/26/13 at 12:40pm.  The company was to follow-up with me and still no word from them!!!  The service performed was excellent, but the follow-up regarding the status of the filter is unacceptable!  As of 3/7/14...I am still waiting to receive the filter of which was paid for on the day of service.  My total cost was $343.00."

"Nosh is a true craftsman and an outstanding professional.  He provided a clear quote and stuck to it despite some unforeseen additional expenses.  His craftsmanship and professionalism is second to none.  He and his crew arrived each morning, worked hard, and cleaned up every day.  When more of the old stone was damaged than expected, he made MANY calls around to warehouses and was able to find an exact match to our 9 year old stone!!!  It's not just a match, even...it's the same stone.  It had be sitting in the warehouse for 9 years.  He bought what he needed for the job, advised us to get more for future repairs, and delivered it to our home.  I think we bought everything the warehouse had.  We'll never be able to find that stone again (as many masons have told us previously), but now we won't need to.  Most other contractors just don't put forth that extra effort to do the job right and make the customer happy.
When discussing other potential projects and details, he is very cost conscious while still having an eye on aesthetics.  He even came back after his work was complete to meet with carpenters to provide guidance on working around the remaining poorly installed stone.  We some of the caulking around the base of our backsplash had tiny holes after drying, he came back and fixed them.  We will definitely have Nosh back to repair more of the stone and do other masonry and tiling work.
Nosh has a bit of an accent, but it's really nothing...just a little extra patience when communicating over the phone.  With his skills and experience, this is the expert you want to do your masonry work!  Finding a true and honest craftsman like Nosh is 1 in 10,000 at least.
