"The two service guys were friendly, knowledgeable, polite, and very hard working. There was a mis-communication between office scheduler and actual crews which set the cleaning back. They were willing to come late afternoon to accommodate my house schedule and worked way late, until almost 11pm. When I noticed that they had missed a few vents, they immediately went back in and took care of it. Huge machine, lots of noise, expect 4-6 hours disruption and chaos. While he was working on our mold remediation, Shirish noted several other problems with our house, including a previously undiscovered termite infestation that, it turned out, was threatening the structural integrity of our garage!
