"Tips for this business based on our recent move: Arrive at the scheduled time, bring basic tools for moving, don't overbook on holiday weeks, and respond to customer service calls after the move. We were told 8-9am and the moving team arrived at 4:30pm AND they were high, hungry, and overworked. They also didn't have the basic tools needed to take apart furniture (i.e. allen wrench). I only got a 10% discount for all of this unacceptable, unprofessional service and have been trying to get in contact with my operations manager for weeks now with no response."

"I dropped off the chairs (Saving Approx $70 in p/u and delivery fees) and stated that I needed them back within a month (when guests would be arriving for the holidays).
