"I HIGHLY recommend Caliber Construction! Leonard (owner) is very fair and definitely knows what he is talking about. I was very confident in the work that was done. He was able to explain exactly what needed done and why, I never felt he was just trying to "sell" me on extras. His crew was amazing, they found several odds and ends things that were previously done incorrectly. They took the initiative to fix them and make sure they were done correctly. I feel Leonard as well as his employees took great pride in their work. We had a previous issue with the way the water was running off our roof, the initial fix they tried did not work. Leonard was on top of everything and did a much more in depth repair which fixed the issue with no extra charge. Any time I had a question or a concern, it was addressed the same day. The office staff I spoke with on the phone frequently, were always friendly and professional. The on site crew always made sure to leave the job site clean at the end of the day. They were always friendly and professional. Before hiring Caliber Construction we had received several other estimates from other companies. Leonard's knowledge and know how is definitely what made us choose Caliber Construction. I cannot speak highly enough of Caliber Construction. We will definitely be using them in the future for additional projects."

"Ronan said he would do the bathroom tile and he did not. He left us in the hands of trainees for the majority of the time. We appreciate his Father being there but it seemed as if we were squeezed into his schedule like an afterthought. They were never on time. The work was not up to par and doesn't fit the name Construction Perfection. My husband called him back to look at some concerns and Ronan had to reschedule which was fine but my husband couldn't reach him after the fact. He didn't return his phone calls or respond to his texts. It's a shame because he seems like a nice guy but nice doesn't fit the bill."

"He did an outstanding job! The pricing was extremely reasonable and a lot less than I had expected. Brian and his workers were highly professional and seemed knowledgeable in what they were doing. They had to do some electrical work, work around the doorway, flooring, and painting. They completed the job within two days and cleaned up very well. The work was done so well that you could not tell that any work had been done. I was thrilled with the work that he did! I would highly recommend their company for anything that you would need to have done."

"Very satisfied with all the work that was done! We had major structure issues with our roof that they took time to correct and assure that we had no issues going forward! We also had all new siding, windows and a deck installed on the front of the house! They made sure to advise us of issues as they came up and tried to address them as quick as possible."

"It was great. They were very quick. They were in and out in a weekend. They cleaned up their mess very well. Soon after they did the roof, we had a really bad storm and we lost some shingles and they came right back and fixed it. They were the least expensive from the 3 companies I got quotes from."

"Great work from a crew of hard working guys?"

"The work was excellent. He was always on time, and if he couldn't make it, he'd call. He always communicated with me. He did a great job, and we're very happy. He's actually getting ready to come out and do more work for us."

"I took my pieces in and he.welded while I waited."
