"Terrible service and experience. AVOID. UNRELIABLE. SCAMMERS. They canceled on me at the last minute, then tried to cancel on me again a week later until I complained. Then someone shows up LATE and did a visual inspection to assess that my furnace is extremely old, everything is faulty or falling apart, likely can not be fixed because parts may not be available, recommends a entirely NEW furnace replacement. Since it is such a HUGE commitment, I declined. I called someone else, they came, fixed it ALL within 30min and said everything is working great. INCOMPETENT SCAMMERS!!"

Job done in an hour. Is $1k to expensive? When 1000's are experiencing the same issue? No you do what you need to do to come back online. I was happy with their business. They explained how to avoid this in the future."
