"Larry took on the incredibly ambitious project of renovating our 1914 Craftsman home, repainting the exterior, expanding the primary bathroom, refinishing floors, decking, stairwells, expanding and updating the kitchen, updating electrical and heating systems to modern standards, and so much more.The project is almost complete, but we were so excited that we wanted to write the review anyway! Throughout the process, Larry and his crew worked tirelessly to get things done, always focusing on quality and making sure we were happy with the work. Even partway through the project, neighbors were already commenting on how much they loved his color choices, and how much he and his crew cared about the project. Even given how large the project was, Larry and his crew tackled it head-on and got it done; he really brought out what made this home so special to us. "Ilya and team were great! Communication was timely and constant. Ilya is a hard hard worker and made our master bathroom amazing. He took out our tub and single shower and installed 2 shower head bathroom with heated flooring, floating vanity, and another light above the shower. He is respectful of our home and a dog person for sure! He left everything nice and neat and went through thoroughly to ensure he did not leave any dust or debris past his working hours.
