"I hired Sam to replace the wooden posts and concrete footers supporting my deck and sun room. The job required placing temporary supports under the structures, pouring new concrete footers that came above the dirt line, and installing new wooden posts. I found Sam to be straightforward and honest in explaining what the job technically required, the costs of the work, and what the county would require for permitting. In addition, I encountered unresolved permit issues from the previous homeowner. These issues were unrelated to Sam, but the county refused to issue a permit and this delayed the work. Sam was very patient as I resolved those issues with the county. He even gave me advice on what I could expect from the county as I fixed the issues. Once Sam and his team started work, he made sure I understood the work as they went along. He answered any questions that I had; he explained problems his team found and how they would resolve them to adhere close to the estimate and abide by regulations. "I was cleared that I did not need the thermostat. They are the one's you can hook up to your i phones. I didn't need that. I am at home. The humidifier does not humidifier adequately in the winter. The first guy that came out I really loved. When they got the sense that I trusted them, they sent out another guy that sold me a bill of good. I am not happy with them. Stuff that they put in. It was very very expensive. All the guys that work for them are great. I loved the guys they work for. The management people that make the commissions, sold me stuff that I didn't need. It was expensive. It didn't do the job that I needed it to do. That was very good. Very good. Every time I called, they came out. Very punctual. They are not close to me. They got here. They let me know where they were. No complaints about that either. Except for that one guy that screwed me over, they were professional. I have a service contract with them, and I like the guys that work with them. Everything was cleaned. It was great."
