Finally needed a replacement Rheem unit installed from them, The two installers Scott and Tyler were on time, very friendly and knowledgeable in completing the installation. It has only been a week and the toilet is still working, but it is frightening that he would not give any guarantees. Because he was unable to give us the 5 year guarantee for the toilet like he does for others, he should have advised us to purchase a different one. Instead he went ahead and installed it and said he would not warrant it. He charged an astronomical amount for installing the new toilet. Home Depot had an installation price of $109 and he charged $250. If we had known he would do that, we would have never gone with him."
