"Great and I had already purchased the part, just needed him to remove the tank to replace it, but he also replaced another part for me free of charge so all the parts are new! He also told me that for just about $10 more , if there's ever a next time or one of my other 2 toilets need repair, he can put in a whole new tank, parts and all! "Custom Plumbing came out and fixed the water pressure valve on my home. Then installed a water 2 in 1 water softner/ whole home filtration system. The install softner had some hiccups. After some discussion the operations manager came out assessed the situation and fixed the entire issue within a day. Steve made it right and explained the entire process. He had his crew come out and get everything up and running ASAP and very politely and informed me about the dos and don't. "I called several plumbing companies and all were way over priced. This company came and inspected my leak and quoted me a price that was a third or more cheaper than the other companies. They fixed my leak under my sink and didn't break my bank. Excellent service and I'm one picky person. Thank you Mr. Horton. You were absolutely amazing and professional. No BS, told me what I needed done and explained it in detail so not to confuse me. While the other companies tried adding more things as I explained to Mr. Horton. He told me right from the start, those things don't need to be done, just the elbow and a small portion of pipe needs to be replaced. Up front and honest."

"The installers were great guys to work with. The were new at installations, except for the trainer, but he was from another state and reported the water was clear the day of the installation and it wasn't. We contacted Homeleaf and they sent out an installer ASAP who flushed the system and not it's clear. He told us the trainer was being dealt with by the office. I would not hold this back from recommending them to other potential customers. They are a nationwide firm. One thing we learned after the installation was that the warranty is not transferrable and some of the maintenance items that are free for us will not be free to the new home owners. We should have asked more about this during the sales appointment, and the representative should have reviewed the warranty with us."
