"Jeff Griffin really knows heating & plumbing! He also recommended 2 excellent 3rd-party companies: 1. Unlimited Removal and Demolition - to drain, cut up, & remove old oil tank; abate asbestos from, and remove, old boiler; remove oil filler pipes & patch foundation with cement 2. Boxford Chimney Sweep - to run a new flue liner and install a new stainless steel chimney cap We hired J.Griffin Heating & Plumbing to disconnect an ancient "snowman-style" oil-fueled steam boiler with attached "instant" water heater, and replace it with a gas boiler & free-standing gas water heater. Fast. Efficient. Clean. Pleasant & willing to answer all of our questions. All 3 companies provided very high quality experiences! I would hire any/all of them again. Bonuses: Sandy Griffin (with JGH&P), & Daniela Ibanez (with UR&D) provided excellent & timely email & phone support. 5 Stars all around!!"

"Great to work with. Would recommend for water heater replacement projects."

Our mission is to make home electrification easy, affordable and awesome. We turn your water heater into a thermal battery. A Reservoir puts a heat pump, an onboard computer and industrial hydronic controls in one unit. It heats and stores water when electricity is cheapest and cleanest and holds it until your house needs it. \n

"Heavy Doody did a wonderful job installing our new shower valve and were very knowledgable about the most cost effective solution. We highly recommend them!"

"I needed 2 backflow preventers replaced , a water heater repaired and a to0ilet repaired. I had a quote from a very famous local plumbing/heating company for $4000! I called Doug for a second opinion and he came in at HALF the price!! and that was AFTER I showed him the first quote! He didn't seem surprised at all about the first quote. Not only was he half the price but he pointed out that my 6 year warranty on my water heater had 6 months left and said I could get a new one thru that warranty for $100!!! He took care of going thru the company getting me the new heater. He completed the job in a few hours. I will NEVER call another plumber again! My recommendation is to run, not walk, to get Doug for your needs. On top of that he is so very nice. I would give 10 stars if I could."

"Milltown was exceptionally responsive (before, during and after) the work was performed. Across the Milltown organization, they were responsive to my questions about water heater selection; Mike was responsive and a partner in selecting the best location for the new unit and after, Milltown and Mike were immediately responsive when part of the unit was not operating as expected. Milltown is a solid organization that takes pride in their work."

"Installed a new A/C system, replacing the old non functioning units. The job was done on time with no surprises. Customer service to set up the appointment was easy and a young man named Josh executed the job with no issue. He seemed to be very knowledgeable on his profession, showed up as expected and left nothing behind but a properly functioning system. Would absolutely recommend this company for their services."

"Marcin and team did a great job redoing the plumbing in my entire house. We also discovered cracks in our waste line and he replaced all of the original cast iron lines in the basement and coordinated with the contractor who replaced our exterior water and sewer lines unexpectedly. He was quick to respond to questions and requests, very reliable, and did a great job plumbing 2.5 bathrooms, laundry, and kitchen."

"Installed a FLO by Morn. Did a great job! Thorough and Professional!"

"Pleasure to deal with. Prompt, polite, professional. Rick explained everything and proceeded to implement. No issues. I’ve dealt with many plumbers, and this was by far my best experience"
