"Frontpoint great in selling me my new security monitoring system and they gave me a great discount. I needed to install this system myself and they were also very helpful in helping me when I was making mistakes during installation (guess what? it seems that the numbering of the sensors does matter!). But it is the billing where they are falling short. First of all, you need to keep a credit card on file with them - let's hope that they do a good job at protecting my information. Second, when I added my bank account info so that they could just debit my checking account for my monthly service charge ($44.99), they completely botched that up. They called me to tell me that my credit union denied the payment but when I called my credit union, they told me that no attempt to debit my account had been made. Ultimately Frontpoint charged my credit card for the April payment (which is actually unacceptable to me). My credit union advised that I was better off using their web bill pay system but it seems that I am unable to do that. My only choice with Frontpoint is to give them my credit card and bank account info so that they can charge my account each month - there is no way for me to send the money myself. Last thing - I was not actually able to talk to someone from Billing - only was able to talk to a "customer service rep" who could not explain what really happened. Let's hope that the May payment goes better..."

"The end result was absolutely perfect. The men cleaned up after and labeled all the breakers, checked the breakers one by one that everything worked and also explained all the breakers to me. They also had to change the wiring to copper wire to the FLP meter outside and work up in a very hot attic and still smiled through it all. Mr Ruiz, the owner checked through out the day that everything was going well. Everyone was very polite, professional, & knowledgeable. Now that all is in place, it is much better. They now have a phone app which is useful. They have been very courteous and helpful when I have called.
