"ADT came by today (they send a text when installer is on their way – very helpful) to implement our new security system. They were in and out within 60 minutes. We went with their deluxe promotion that also included fire sensors and carbon monoxide detectors. Wanted to go with a company that provided protection from both intruders and from fire/carbon danger."

"The security and safety of my family and my home is paramount to me, so I was looking for a good alarm company to install a new alarm system in my new home, and did my normal, extensive research that I do when contemplating a critical and/or costly item for my home.
There are a number of companies that seem to provide a very good service, coupled with good products, but there were 3 specific things that made me choose My Smart Security over the other contenders...
1. They have their own in-house technicians that do the alarm installations. This was a major factor in my decision making, as most of the other companies I had considered, just post the equipment out to you and you have to install the equipment yourself. When the technician (Luis) arrived at my home, we did a walk through of my property and discussed the best and most cost effective installation that would give me the peace of mind that I required, as well as not costing me a fortune.
2. They had excellent reviews on Angie's List. I use Angie's List a lot as the company reviews seem pretty on the money compared to my own experiences when deciding to use a company that I found out about on Angie's List.
3. I spoke with the owner (Bryan) on numerous occasions when making my decision, and I was extremely impressed by how dedicated and passionate he is about his company. He was very honest with me about what he could and could not commit to when I was negotiating with him, and I respect people who stick to their principles even though it may mean that they may lose the business to someone that tells you what you want to hear to secure your business, only to disappoint you once they have your business.
I have had a few issues with some of the equipment after it was installed, but the after sales service that My Smart Security provide, is some of the best that I have experienced. I read a lot of reviews that stated that once some security companies have you signed up to a long term service contract, that the standard of service drops off significantly. I am very pleased to say that this is certainly not my experience with My Smart Security, as in addition to their excellent responses to any post sales requests that I have, they contact me periodically just to check if everything is OK, and if there is anything that they can help me with?
I cannot recommend My Smart Security, or their owner highly enough. His Company is not as big or as established as some of their competitors, but his customer service ethos is excellent, and I love the personal service that I get when dealing with a good local company, as opposed to the indifferent service I have experienced from some of the national ones.
