"Since I diconnected the power to the fixture, this job was not an emergency. An appointment was scheduled for a week later. However, the next day I was contacted be the scheduling secretary that an electrician has finished his job early and is in my area; He arrived that day, investigated the problem and made repairs. He found, in my attic, a section of wiring where a rodent had chewed and ate the wirie's insulation whiched caused a short. He removed the bad wiring and spliced a new section of wire, in a junction box, leading to the fixtue. The air in attic was very hot and difficult to work in, He did not complain and maintained his professionalism throughout the job. He reconnected the switch that I disconnected and ensured all was working before he left. He also suggested that I have all the wiring in the attic inspected for rodent damage. I definitely would use Aarrow electrical again.
