"I woke up to a cold house. I called a local companyAddit. The owner Bill Sr immediately called his son Bill Jr to check out the problem. He arrived at my home and another HVAV person was there. He extended professional curtesy and waited until the other person left. I appreciated that. I thought my Heating system was gone and it being right after Christmas, this was bad timing. Bill Jr was able to repair it and buy us some time. I didn't think that was possible! My unit is over 30yrs old and my husband and I were holding our breath. We needed the extra time that Bill Jr was able to give us. He also sat down and explained new systems that would work for us when we are ready to purchase one. "Everything went great! Luckily when i called him, he wasn't too far from me. He told me when he finished the job he was on, he would be right over, even though he had other jobs scheduled for the day. I recall him saying "you have sewage backing up into your house, I can't have you like that!" He called his other appointment and told them he was going to be late and came and fixed my emergency on his way to the next job. AND he didn't charge any more for it being an emergency call out! Unlike another company we had out in the past, he stayed until we made sure we ran enough water to know that it wasn't going to come back into the house. And he charged less than a company we had come out on home warranty, and was more professional and cleaned up after himself. All in all a GREAT experience, and he will be the first call I make in the future if the need arises!"
