"Excellent customer service experience with top tier products and installation. We were looking to replace our existing 16 year old system with something more efficient and comfortable. Joe provided a detailed review of products and solutions. We decided to install a variable speed heat pump and propane furnace by Trane. Scott and crew performed the installation including new ductwork and electronic dampers. Four zones were created. Very professional outfit and very satisfied in the investment to our home. Love how quiet and comfortable the home is 24 hours a day!"

"Rich provided a competitive quote for a high quality, high efficiency furnace and backed it up with high quality, high efficiency installation and service. Extremely fair, extremely professional."

"Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment. I would recommend this company to my family./friends and will use again."

"I met Dustin at a networking event. I knew that his approach to business was really honest and straight forward. I knew I could trust his judgement on getting the right system for our house. We chose a Lennex system and I believe we got it for a better price going through Dustin. They were in and out in one day. Everyone involved is a family member. We had a couple of questions after the install, and those were addressed immediately. The spring and fall services were included with our installation. We are really happy with the whole company and the experience we had."

"I'm very happy with it. When I had my windows done throughout the house, I had one that cracked and they told me they would repair that when they put the garden window in and they did not do that. Some of the insulation that they put around the window is coming out and they were suppose to replace that, or at least bring it to me so that I could replace it and they did not do that. When I first decided on the garden window I thought I would pay it off monthly and they ran it through some company called GreenSky and meanwhile I changed my mind and decided to pay it off and get it over with and I still to this day get statements from GreenSky. I have called Bee window and the person has not called me back to call them and cancel that. I realize it might be already in the system and that may be why I may be getting a bill. I don't like it that I keep getting late charges. I don't own GreenSky a penny and I called and cancelled with them, but they want to hear from Bee window that the contract was cancelled and paid in full.
Some people might think it's nit picking about the cracked window and the insulation coming out from the windows. But when you pay a decent price for something, you expect it to do it's job.
