It felt great going with a local professional company that were honest at every step of the way and large enough to handle multiple jobs in the Hudson Valley. I did not feel overlooked. I have been stood up by contractors twice before so it was really important to me that my time was not being wasted. The repairs were done within a day and all the old materials were disposed of by Sync Mechanical. I also received my invoice in the mail which made it easy for doing my taxes. Sync Mechanical helped me make an informed decision and also learn more about how my boilers work. I never felt like they were condescending and I appreciated their respect for family as well."

"Great. Greg was very personable and explained all our options on installing a new central air or air/heating unit. Current a/c is due for replacement but Greg found a circuit tripped which took care of the issue for now. The hot water heater replacement had an issue where the gas was leaking after the repair and had to call National Grid in and then call Universal. The leak should have been discovered at the time of installation as the connection was never secured which cause the gas leak."
