Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

Originally, the skylights had to be ordered and it would take 2 weeks--both Lowes and Home Depot stock this skylight. A month later I called, the skylights were not in. I called 2 weeks later, the skylights were still not in. I kept calling every two weeks and leaving messages for Leonard. I would either not get a call back or I would get a voice mail on my home phone stating that he or someone else was following up on the order. Finally, in early November, I called Leonard again, the operator put me through to him. He stated he would install the skylights the following week."
