"Mark was very prompt and able to come and fix our washer the same day. We recommend him and Mass Appliance!"

"Fantastic! Exactly what I was looking for - wanted to know if it was a quick fix that could keep our 10 year old dishwasher going a little longer or if it was something bigger where we might just replace it. Chris walked me through testing and told me where problem most likely was without having to pull dishwasher out. Now we can confidently put money into new washer instead of spending lots on repair for an old one."

"ASAP repair: found problem and made repair. Excellent work habits, very pleasant, great product knowledge."

"He fixed my dryer showexup promptly and did a good job"

"Highly recommend. Very positive experience with this company. Extremely professional and polite. Very knowledgeable and experienced. I will use Al's for my washer/dryer repair in the very near future."

"I have been using Joe Downey's service for the past 25 years to help me maintain both my own condo and several rentals.  He was also the building manager at the condominium for most of that time, so I am very familiar with the many types of tasks he is skilled at.  In this case I was finishing the complete renovation of an apartment and needed some final details related to plumbing and lighting on a rush basis before a tenant was about to move in..  As usual Joe did an excellent job, and called me in the middle of it to ask how I wanted him to handle a few unexpected problems.

I have complete trust in Joe and he has keys to my units so he can do repairs when I or my tenants are not at home.  He is always polite and professional and cleans up after the job.  If there is something he doesn't feel he can do well or requires a licensed specialist (plumbing, electrical, etc.) he knows who's good and will arrange for them to do the job and supervise them - including obtaining city work permits if required.

Based on many years and dozens of little jobs as well as big jobs (including complete kitchen renovations) I highly recommend Joe Downey's services."

"The service went nicely and very well. They were professional. They came back promptly when there's a little problem."

"Alex's team quickly and efficiently repaired an area of old siding that was blown off. The final cost was much less than what we expected to be charged. When we need more work, we will definitely hire his crew."

"I have used this appliance repair technician on three separate projects, and each experience has been outstanding. He consistently arrives on time, communicates clearly, and delivers exceptional work. His knowledge and troubleshooting skills are second to none, and he always takes the time to make sure the job is done right the first time. In addition to being highly skilled, his pricing is fair and reasonable. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, expertise, reliability, and value the way he does. I would highly recommend his services to anyone in need of appliance repair."

"Todd was and is professional through out. He was very generous with his time giving an estimate and talking thru our plans. I found his craft to be precise and with great attention to detail. He coordinated with all the outside contractors and they were all exceptional. His prep work was conscientious to our home as was his scheduling. We felt completely comfortable at all times. Friendly, professional, competitive pricing with great associate contractors for the plumbing/electrical/disposal/mudwork. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again. A+ all the way...."
