"I made an appointment for Thursday morning and the man arrived at 11 A.M. He completely inspected the ice maker and told me that the water valve that fills the ice maker has a leak. He told me what he needed to do to fix the problem and what parts were needed. He ordered the parts and told me that he made another appointment to install the new parts and finish the repairs."

"Well, the first time the replacement was ordered it was the wrong one, which of course, delayed the installation a week. At the end of the day I was without hot water for almost 3 weeks but it was do to the plumbing company they sent out."
