I needed to have a structural engineer approve the plans, Marin’s Construction was very willing to work with the structural engineer and were very helpful to have the plans approved. Every time I asked for their suggestion, they were willing to give me a suggestion but also were very willing to listen to exactly I wanted to have completed, which was very nice. my project was an inside addition, they always notified me when they were going to come and they always showed up at the time they stated they would. "Recently purchased 107 year old home.  One side of stone foundation had crumbling mortar joints and missing stones. Needed repaired and tuck pointed. Woody came out examined the foundation and masonry work and had an estimate with in one hour of getting my call.  Very knowledgeable about very old masonry work.  Work was completed in 2-3 days by himself and crew or 2-3.  Went to great pains not to damage neighbors newly stamped concrete walk between houses.  Clean up was very complete and the foundation looks brand new.  Definitely would hire again.  Does everything exactly as he says he will."

"Tommy and his team did a great job on our chimney! Once it finally stopped raining Tommy and his crew got to work and finished in a reasonable amount of time. Anytime I texted Tommy he would respond answering any questions I had. His work was top notch, rebuilt the crown (which looks bomb proof) and cut out the brick mortar out down to the roof line. Tuck pointed and painted my chimney. Not single drop of water has come in since he finished his work. They cleaned up all materials afterwards too! "This was an extremely satisfying experience!! Jerry's company built me a beautiful step matching both brick and motar very well. The gentleman that came out was courteous, prompt and an expert craftsman. I could tell he took great pride in his work! He definitely wanted me to be happy. He built the step in a very short time, cleaned everything up completely and was on his way! ANd there is more to this story: I needed to add a brick step as there was only a platform to step onto get into my home. When Jerry agreed to come out, he also noted that some previous motar work was mismatched. The task wasn’t ideal for the workers because the landscape and the way their original dwelling had settled on one side. Eminence Masonry came and put a concrete block foundation in exactly as needed to make the new structure level and meet the original dwelling at just the right location. The work was done quickly. They worked very hard. It was and is flawless and my dad was very happy. Smooth transaction, well worth the money."
