"We had a water heater that was about to go out. We needed a new one quick before the bottom came out. I called around to a few different plumbers to get a price quote and this plumber had the best price and the best review. They said they would come out the next day and I should expect a call between 7:30 and 8:30 in the morning to give me a time when they were going to come by. I waited for the call and waited and waited, by 10 there was no call so I called the company, they said there were some emergencies that came up and the person who was going to do the service would call and tell me a time. So I waited again, by 2:30 there was no call. So I called the company back and the person said she would call the plumber to see when he was going to come. She said between 3:30 and 4:30, I asked her to have the plumber call before he came over to see if I could run some errands, again the person preforming the service never called. He did come around 4:15 but didn't have the right water heater and had to return to get another water heater. After he came back the installation went great. The plumber did some extras with the venting as far as taping the seams of the vent where the screws were at that other plumbers would not of done. My only complaint is the correspondence with the time. It was worse than working with the cable company on getting a time when they were coming out. As far as everything else goes the price was better than the other 4 companies that I called."

"Gary was incredible to work with! While remodeling an old convenience store we found a floor safe when we moved a shelf to replace the flooring. We were so excited to find the safe, but disappointed when previous owners hadn’t heard about it, and the combination had been lost to history. Gary came to our rescue and spent an entire day with us at our resort cracking the code. Once he got the safe open it revealed a second safe! He then proceeded to work on that one for several more hours until he got it open! Unfortunately there wasn’t any treasure, sticks, bonds, or money.
