I did not sign the completed paperwork. I called the receptionist wouldn’t give me her name or the owners name she refused I threatened to write an honest review and she hung up on me and would not take my calls She had promised to adjust the price until I threatened to write a review and she hung up and have not contacted me back Taylor was not transparent and I didn’t appreciate that She also quoted me 6500.00 to replace a water heater of course with all the bells and whistles. Home Depot quoted me 1550.00 with all bells and whistles with a 12 year warranty!!!! Have a great holiday A-Team"
