"They fixed my heat pump by getting the motor fan operational. Previosly Cinch Home Warranty had another company do a repair that failed when the fan became detached. The warranty company said it was part of an “exterior part” and wouldn’t repair or replace the unit. I was searching for Hvac companies to replace the unit and Shore2Shore said “let’s see what we can do.” Voila they reengineered the fan install and it is humming happily along. When the pump failed, it shut down the entire system. However, Blair had the old school know-how and work ethic to get my system back online and back to normal. "Excellent service, very fast response to my request for service, picked up laptop, diagnosed issues. Initially thought it was an OS update issue but the hard drive had failed along with other components (including 'CPU). Because other components were involved, a new solid state hard drive was put into a laptop with a working processor - same type CPU as in the failed unit. The laptop was repaired and returned in less than a week. This company picked up and dropped off the laptop (driving from Huntsville, AL (about 60-70 minutes)-- great service in this covid environment.
