"The envelope for the paperwork for the Chamberlain garage door opener was opened and the registration papers including the warranty information were missing. I have spoken with them a few times but still have not received any warranty papers."

"Sandy (owner of the company) was very on top of our project. We had an opening cut out of a load bearing wall. It was very large opening and the wall was stabilized for continued support of our home. Very well done. The project did require more time and our home was protected as much as possible from construction dust . My only suggestion is for Sandy to have an electrician that she has trust in and a working relationship. Respectfully Deb W"

"I pay a monthly fee to CHW for insurance against equipment failure. Over a month ago CHW sent a repair technician to fix both of my garage doors, the technician made an adjustment on one door and chanced the opener on the other. A week or so ago the second door failed to open. Yes, my door opener is old, but the Warrantee says, if it can’t be fixed it will be replaced. CHW paid the tech $100 and said the rest $200 is on me. Please tell me why I should stay with CHW if I have to pay 2/3rds of the cost to replace the door opener? On a separate issue: Granted I accepted CHW’s offer of a Lowe’s card to replace my dishwasher, because I was unaware of how much dishwashers sell for, it cost me an additional 300. Again, please give me a reason for staying with CHW"

"Called to have front exterior door replaced as this listing says they are 24/7. He stated that he does not have his guys work weekends therefore they are not a 24/7 operation.

"We had numerous seam repairs in our ceilings and then I wanted all the ceilings painted.
 The workman was meticulous about keeping everything as clean and dust free as possible.
All areas were shrouded in plastic sheeting and all floors were protected.
He arrived on time, and worked longer each day than I expected.
