I gave her the specs of the unit & she calmly took notes for the technician. Jimmy texted on his way, arrived timely & had all the necessary parts stocked in the truck! He completed the changeout in record time & accepted credit card payment. The entire process couldn't have went any smoother! The new Zoeller unit runs so quiet, I don't hear it at all in the house. They also overcharged my credit card and did not respond to phone calls or a formal letter to resolve the situation. The owner tells you he'll call you back but he never does.
