"Einstein Plumbing was great, professional, punctual, & hardworking.  They took care of all the permits and misc. paperwork.  The only downside was that they subcontracted with Felix Septic who (we found out after the fact) had a clause in their contract with Einstein that they were not accountable for any collateral damages.  Basically when Felix brought in their heavy machinery they crushed our paved driveway and refused to fix it.  Luckily for us, Einstein discounted our bill by how much it would cost to fix the driveway (about $1000) and they also repaired 3 damaged cement walkways.  The only reason I gave them a "Fair" rating on Punctuality is because it took them a few months to get back to our place to fix the walkways."

"I was referred to Walley's by a friend after experiencing trouble getting someone in to service my burner. When I called, I spoke to several courteous and professional staff members who went the extra mile to help me. I was concerned because the burner was running loud and we had already experienced a "puff back" on our old burner and didn't want to risk that again, and we had just started having a leak from what looked like an overflow pipe. I also mentioned that I had radiant heat in one room and needed an experienced technician that could manage the anti-freeze in the system. When I told Mandy the problem, she checked with Walley Sr. and he scheduled one of his best technicians to handle our job and got him out to us within a few days. Our technician, Alex, was polite, knowlegedable, professional and honest. He told me, as well as showed me everything he was doing, asked me to inspect the burner before putting it back together and did a very comprehensive inspection. Alex found that our leak was coming from a broken pressure valve which he had on his truck and replaced immediately. After 4 hours of Alex working at our home, we recieved a follow-up customer service call to make sure we were happy with the work Alex did and wondering if we had any questions or concerns. Wow! I was impressed! I plan to continue using Walley's and look forward to a long relationship with them."
