It also seemed like we talked more about financing (they do internal financing) then we did about the actual addition. Definitely was a turn off but I did not write them off until they never contacted me again.

I like Toms system of charging by the hour ( $45 per man) rather than an over inflated number guaranteed to protect the contractor. He did not mark up the materials either. He and his crew (which included his son who ran the project) worked diligently, they were punctual and professional. The completed job was a work of art. Tom communicated daily and was always available to answer any questions. From the time I first met Tom I was impressed by his sincerity, knowledge and honesty. I am so thrilled that we are employing Tom for other projects around the house. I truly think considering Tom for your next home project would be a wise decision. Thank you Tom!"

They had cleaned out three rooms of trash due to flood and carpet that had been flooded and had stuffed a dumpster that I had plus loaded the company trailer with trash and were truly fabulous. I will have them back in the future for more clean up or lawn care. Great crew of guys and they care about helping others."

"I am a motorcycle enthusiast and have 11 different bikes. I need a 12x20 shed built with and upper level for all my equipment. I told him what i needed done and he completed it in 6 days. I am extremely satisfied with the level of craftsmanship and the work completed. Most importantly, he was very honest. He gave me many different options. We agreed on a price and i paid him before the job was even completed. When the shed was complete he came to me and returned upwards 280 dollars. When i asked why he explained to me how you utilized all the hardware to the best of his ability and was able to save me as much money as possible. "Rishi and his team redid my kitchen and floors in my apartment. I am very pleased with their work and am just about to have them start on my bathroom as well. I couldn't be more happy. It has been so difficult for me to find good, honest workers, who pay attention to detail, help to cut costs rather than add them and are a joy to be around. I have lived in my co-op for over 15 years and for the first time feel like I have a contractor who I can easily go to and trust that job will get done as I had intended it to. Rishi even repaired little extra things around my apartment that were bothering me-- at a fraction of what I would have paid to have someone come in to fix. Rishi's team worked on demo for the kitchen, emptying everything out, so the cabinet maker could come in and do his part. I was impressed at the care he took with all my personal items and how clean they left everything at the end of their work days. When the cabinetmaker finished his part of the renovation, Rishi's team came back and did all the trim, counters, walls, and installed beautiful hardwood flooring in the kitchen and into the halls of my 1200 sq foot apartment. The best part about the work they did was the excellent quality and ease. The next best was that they finished their work on time and within budget. I cannot recommend these guys enough!"
