"Professional and did a great job replacing out water heater"

"They came in the time allocated. I had two areas I needed looked at , main shut off waterline which some tightening of fittings that were done. The other was replace a part in the faucet if the tub that mixes cold an warm water. Only the cold worked. He tried to loosen and clean the warm part, it needed to be replaced. They went to the local hartware and purchased it. It now works fine now. One suggestion would be that every time an additional charge was mentioned, I had to ask specifically how much it would add to the total bill. I definitely will hire him again."

"Talked to Scott I explained what needed to be done. Sent a couple pictures of the problem and he gave me a price. We are very pleased with the outcome off the work. The workers were on time and did a professional job installing and piping the spigots. There was no mess when they left. They were the cheapest of the 4 plumbers I talked too. Some didn't even call me back. They even left a gift which is super helpful and appreciated!!! Thanks for a job well done."

"I called Dorian to replace our water heater. He came out that day and relaxed our water heater and adjusted some pipes. He was very professional and most importantly honest and reasonable with his pricing. I would highly recommend him."

"Victor installed a 40 gallon gas water heater. Victor gave me options during the estimate. Victor installed the gas water heater the same day. Victor was very professional during the whole process. I will probably hire Perma-seal again If all employees at Perma-seal are like Victor."

"I made an appointment with McDonagh to install a faucet, as I had a new sink installed with new countertops. Another company installed the sink and countertops but could not reconnect the faucet, and they told me that's all that needed to be done. When McDonagh got here they realized that this was not a simple faucet reconnection, but I needed new pipes, a reconnection of the disposal, and I had some parts missing from the previous installation, etc. Instead of a quick half hour job they were looking at 3 hours of work. They had another important job to get to, but since it was Friday they didn't want to leave me without water in the kitchen for the entire weekend till they could come back. They completed my job while constantly fielding calls to keep the other job going and on time, trying to keep two customers happy. I very much appreciated the effort as they could easily, and accurately, have told me that they were not given enough information to schedule the time needed to complete my job. I would have been without water in the kitchen for 3 days if they hadn't made the extra effort."

"The job went very well. He arrived on time, ensured that no objects were in the way as my water heater is upstairs and just left of the stairs. The heater was installed and checked, the area cleaned up. I would recommend O’Briens and I will use him again for other jobs."

"Excellent service.  Oscar and his crew go far and above what is necessary to fix or replace plumbing.  They are very conscientious, courteous and respectful.  They are also very considerate of your property, taking measures to insure that floors are kept clean and all debris is removed when they leave.  I will hire Rardin Plumbing and Heating again, and I highly recommend them.
