"I was very happy with my service call today! The repairman, Scott, was knowledgeable and pleasant and wore a mask and gloves throughout., so I felt safe, despite the pandemic. He serviced both of my central air systems and diagnosed the problem with the malfunctioning one and fixed it. By the time he left my house was already a much more pleasant place to be!"

"Amazing service received by Berardi. Contacted them in the evening and they responded in a few minutes and came over same evening to look at my broken gas heating system. Very knowledgeable and was quick in getting the parts needed and unit up and running again. Very impressed with them coming out evening and the following Sunday where many companies are closed.
