Expectations were presented prior to the project. Details on what would happen and how the project would go. Would not hesitate to use again ERV installed New basement egress. This project did not go as planned, but not at the fault of basement systems. Was originally supposed to get a BILCO door but due to unforseen issues, that was not able to happen. They ended up installing a new staircase from my basement to ground level. Work was first rate and ended up better than a bilco door. Company re landscaped and everything is as it was. "Great service. Eddie Cox come out on a Monday and told me what the worker would do. The worker came out on Wednesday on time both days and did and amazing job. The worker clean up all concrete you would never know they were there.I live in LaPlata had to get permission to widen the end of my driveway. You would never know that that they touch my driveway it look beautiful. I call several concrete companies in Charles county and these company were rude and took week to call me back. One companies I call still waiting for a call back. But thank to 7th State Builders, LLC I got the job done and excellent job. Due to a stroke I had the driveway widen to give me more freedom. My driveway needed a specific piece of machinery; so they used their subcontractor, which was excellent too. F&M came back 3 days later, backfilled, mulch, and seeded the bare spots, then a rep came by to check on the finished project. "Before hiring LevelLift, I contacted a friend of mine who owns a Structural Engineering firm, but only work commercial not residential.  So after receiving at least (5) estimates, we agreed that LevelLift was the company to hire.    <br /> Met with Paul Mauer of Levelift Systems, he was very nice, patient and professional along with his team.  Received a proposal for the work noted below: <br /> The work in the basement  included but not limited too grout beneath concrete, excavate & installed timber walls, <br /> raise window well & installed standard home-improvement store grade cover, raise grade, furnished & installed discharge pipes for down spouts, installed seven steel beams, new interior drainage, repaired damaged mortar joints, installed 12" high cast-in-place concrete curb between steel beams and they took care of all the Montgomery County permits and inspections.  In addition, mobilization, site preparation and  furnished & installed discharge pipe for sump pump. <br /> In addition, Paul recommended a very good Structural Engineer to take care of the structural drawings. <br /> The contract payment terms were broken down into four payments with the option of using major credit cards and we have a ten (10) year warranty. <br /> Paul and his team were very responsive, punctual, and professional and the quality of the work was excellent.  We have not had any problems in the basement since 2013.  They are highly recommended.
