"They fixed my heat pump by getting the motor fan operational. Previosly Cinch Home Warranty had another company do a repair that failed when the fan became detached. The warranty company said it was part of an “exterior part” and wouldn’t repair or replace the unit. I was searching for Hvac companies to replace the unit and Shore2Shore said “let’s see what we can do.” Voila they reengineered the fan install and it is humming happily along.
