"I have an old carpet and the company I've used for past 5 years has been able to clean it to look like new, even wear areas. Unfortunately they were not available This company didn't do half the quality. I felt like all that was done was my carpets were soaked with water. "I wanted to write about our experiences with Cedrick Jones and Gold Star Adjusters. Our insurance company was planning to not pay us for major damage we sustained during a wind storm that hit our house around Feb 2020. Even though water came into the house and was inside the wall, they told us that the damages were only worth about $2K or so and that it would be a cheap fix and the amount conveniently was below our deductible threshold. Mr. Jones was able to force the insurance company to pay out more than enough money for us to hire professionals to come out and rebuild most of the interior and some of the exterior wall where the water was coming from. If it wasn't for him, we would have been on the hook for several thousands of dollars worth of repairs. Mr. Jones also took the time to look over our insurance policy to make sure that they hadn't hidden high deductibles on other items on our policy to prevent any future surprises. I wanted to let you know that Mr. Jones handled everything above and beyond the normal level of care and professionalism one would expect from an adjuster. He spent several hours at our home ensuring that any and all damages were fully accounted for and held the insurance company accountable for payment of the damage claims."

"First time remodeling in our house, so didn't know what to expect. Everyone was very professional, punctual and always made sure I was updated with progress. We had a pretty significant leak from the shower, to the point where it rotted some wood in the floor. Adam and his dad and brother, pinpointed the leak and fixed it. We had a vanity made by my father in law and it wasn't quite done when it needed to be. Adam said no problem. The tile work in the shower turned out beautiful. The floor went from linoleum to tile and is equally as gorgeous. I am jealous we did the kids bathroom first! He fixed it and made sure to let me know if we had any other issues we can call. Was so impressed that he made time for us when it had been 2-3 months since the job was finished and I'm quite sure they are busy. Will definitely be using them we we do the master bathroom!"

"Neligan's crew came to my home just before hurricane Ian passed by northeastern Florida. They told me that they would remove my old roof and totally replace it BEFORE the hurricane could do any damage. They started working on Monday morning and by that evening the roof was completely replaced. They removed the old roof, fixed the damaged decking, re-nailed the entire roof decking to meet Florida's new standards, applied water and ice underlayment, then nailed down the new shingles on the entire roof. This allowed my roof to meet the wind mitigation rules to be eligible for an insurance discount. To make the deadline the crew worked like a well oiled machine with professionalism. They even completely cleaned up the debris and swept for nails around my home. The price for this service was in line with other bids I received from other roofing companies.
