They assigned it to Gulf State Heating and Air, they warned me that since it is a Friday and a holiday weekend (Labor Day) that I may not hear from them until Tuesday. It was less than an hour from when I made the claim to when Heath the technician arrived. He was very professional and took the time to educate us on a couple of things we didnâ t know about our unit.
