We placed several calls and Quarry Hills was the only company to return our call. Michelle was very helpful with locating the same water heater within a short time frame as the gas heater that failed was still under warranty, to our surprise. She promptly scheduled a tech to our house by 1 p.m. the same day with the new water heater in tow. Seth was very knowledgeable and worked efficiently to get us back up and running. They were straight up with the cost and didn't exceed it when finished with the job. Rebecca followed up with a call to check in on our experience with Quarry and confirmed that they'd forward any warranty information upon receipt. Very professional from start to finish! Joe and his partner took out the old heater, drove with me to HD picked up the new one, installed it and I had hot water before the first snow flakes hit the ground. They promised to be out first thing in the morning after we had a full day without heat (and three small children in the home). One hour into the eta window I got calls from two different dispatchers who clearly are not in a centralized location, telling me the roads are not clear. The roads are clear. These guys suck. Do not engage with them. "
